RETURN POLICY

Our platform exclusively provides custom-made digital products created based on the information and preferences submitted by each customer. Because every product is uniquely generated for the individual purchaser, all orders are considered final and non-refundable once processing has begun.

Customized digital goods are generally not eligible for return or cancellation under consumer protection standards applicable in most jurisdictions, including the United States, when the customization is made at the explicit request of the customer.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that personalized digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded solely due to a change of mind.

Exceptions and Remedies

If the delivered digital product contains technical errors or does not match the information provided by the customer (such as the child's name, age, photo, or any other personalization details submitted during checkout), we take full responsibility for correcting the issue.

Depending on the nature of the error, we will proceed as follows:

1. Product Regeneration

If the issue can be fixed, we will reproduce and deliver a corrected version of the product at no additional cost to the customer.

2. Full Refund

If the error cannot be corrected or the product cannot be regenerated to reflect the information originally provided, we will issue a full refund for the affected order.

Claim Procedure

To facilitate review and resolution, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide any relevant evidence demonstrating the error.
